Digital product policy
Child Safe India is a digital product. Once access to the guide or download link has been provided, cancellations are generally not applicable.
Refunds
Because this is a downloadable digital product, refunds are generally not provided after successful access or download. However, we may review refund requests in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same product.
- Payment deducted but access/download link not received.
- Technical issue preventing access to the purchased guide.
Refund request timeline
Refund or support requests must be sent within 3 days of purchase by emailing collabspotty@gmail.com with payment details and a short explanation of the issue.
Processing time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method as per the payment gateway or bank timelines.
